129- Preventing Depression Relapse (Douglas Bloch)

833 Views January 28, 2020 1 Comment

“Clinical depression is a gradual process of falling out of recovery,

ultimately leading to the inability to function.

By regularly monitoring the state of your body, mind and spirit,

it is possible to identify relapse symptoms early on

and take action to prevent major depression.”

This episode is a disccusion with author Douglas Bloch, who wrote that.

Douglas believes there are identifiable stages before depression

that offer opportunities to prevent full relapse.
